Sentinal Care Alliance is a community-based organisation providing health, wellbeing and social care support to individuals, families and communities.
We work with people who may face challenges accessing services, require additional support, or are at risk of experiencing crisis. Our aim is to provide practical, accessible and culturally responsive support that improves outcomes and strengthens long-term wellbeing.
